Ordering and Payment
PLACING AN ORDER
Once you wish to purchase an item, select the color and size (if applicable) and then click ADD TO BAG. Your item will be added to your Shopping Bag and a small box will appear in the top right hand corner of the site to confirm your selection.
You can view your Shopping Bag at any time by clicking on SHOPPING BAG on the top right hand corner of the site.
Once you are ready to place your order, simply visit SHOPPING BAG and click PAY SECURELY NOW to continue.
BROWSING ON THE SITE
There are a number of ways to find the product you are looking for:
- Search
Use the search box in the top right hand corner of the site.
- Select a category
Select a category from the Shop Now drop down menu found at the start of the main navigation menu. eg. Bracelets
- Select a collection
Select a collection from the top navigation menu eg. Rough Cut Gemstones
- Select a gemstone
Click on Gemstone found on the main navigation menu. You will then be able to filter by our top selling gemstones
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item on our website is out of stock, you will see the message 'Out of Stock' on the product page.
You may still order the item by clicking the ADD TO BAG button. Once at the CHECKOUT stage, you can select 'Send my items together' to have all items grouped into one delivery, or, 'Split my Order' at no extra cost to receive in stock items immediately and out of stock items in a later delivery.
You will receive a notification via email when your order is on its way to you.
Please note, Items in the basket are not reserved (ordering is on a first come, first served basis).
CUSTOMER REVIEWS
At Sitara Collections, we encourage you to give us feedback on our products and services, which is why we feature customer reviews on our website. Reviews can help benefit other customers who are considering buying the same product, but also helps us to develop and improve our products and services.
You can write a review on the website by finding the relevant product and clicking on the 'Write a Review' link under the product name and price. If the product has already been reviewed by a customer, it will show an average star rating out of 5, and show the existing reviews under the 'Read all Reviews' link.
When writing your review here are a few things you might want to consider including:
- The item you bought
- Who you bought it for
- Product features you liked
- Your opinions on the item i.e. what do you liked or disliked about it
- Your recipient's opinion on the items (Especially if this was a gift)
- Comments on any additional services you requested i.e. Next Day Delivery
- Your star rating out of 5
Please remember not to give any personal details in your reviews and try not to mention any other websites or companies, as we will be unable to publish the review in this instance.
PAYMENT
At the checkout, you can proceed as a guest or create an online account with us once you have placed your order. By creating an online account, you can enjoy a quicker checkout process in the future and save your delivery and payment details. If you are an existing customer, you will be able to log in to your account.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept the following cards for payment of purchases made online:
Visa - Mastercard - American Express - Discover - Afterpay
Payment will be taken from your credit or debit card as soon as you have placed your order. To ensure safe shopping, we are Verisign certified.
We also accept Paypal, as a method of payment. If you select this option in the checkout, you will be redirected to Paypal where you can either create an account or login to an existing account and arrange payment of your order. You will be redirected to the website once your order is received.
We also accept Sitara Collections online gift vouchers as a method of payment.
Currencies
We show prices and accept payment in US Dollar currency.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
If the item you ordered is in stock, we generally process and prepare your order for shipping immediately, so it may not be possible to make changes or cancel your order.
Please contact our Customer Care team immediately and we will advise as to what action can be taken. If your order has already been shipped, then please return it to our Customer Care team, following the steps in our Exchange & Returns policy.
PROMOTION & OFFER CODES
To redeem a Promotion or Offer Code, add the code to the DISCOUNT
box on your Shopping Bag page and click APPLY. The following conditions apply:
• Only one code can be used per transaction.
• Codes can only be applied to full price items (they are not available on sale items unless otherwise stated).
• Codes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative is available.
• Orders must be made prior to 23:59 on the closing date, if specified.
• All offers are subject to stock availability.
• Offers are subject to change at any time.
• All other Sitara Collections Terms and Conditions apply.
• Offer codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been placed and payment accepted, a confirmation message will appear on screen showing your order number.
An order confirmation e-mail with details of your order (including your order number) and payment will also be sent to the e-mail address provided. This e-mail is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your order. Your contract to purchase these items is not complete until we send you an e-mail notifying you that the items have been shipped. You will receive a second email when your order has been shipped with the tracking information.
