Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your Sitara Jewelry purchase for any reason, you are able to return it for a full refund within 30 days after the delivery date. All returns will be refunded to the credit card that was used to process the order. You may also request an exchange or store credit.

Please note: If our quality control team deems that your item has been worn, we cannot process your return. In this case, we will send you an email with the next steps. 

When the product is returned to our facility, it may take 48-72 hours to process your refund. After your return is processed, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Goods purchased online must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund. 

 

Exclusions
 
On Sale items which can be found on the SALE page are considered final sale and will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
Special Discount Codes which show "NO RETURNS & NO EXCHANGES" in promotion material & throughout our site at time of purchase. Your packing slip will also be stamped "ALL SALES ARE FINAL- No Returns No Exchanges".
In the case a return is attempted, the package will be sent back to the original address.
Repairs
 
We stand behind our product, but more importantly we stand behind our customers. If your item becomes damaged within 60 days of delivery, you can send it back and we will have it repaired, on us!
