Shipping & Returns Policy


Sitara Jewelry offers FREE US Shipping on all orders (before tax & shipping, after promotional discount). No promotion code is required. All orders placed by 10 AM EST Monday - Friday will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 10AM EST will be shipped on either the same or the next business day.
2-Day and Overnight shipping services are not available for shipments to APO/FPO/DPO, P.O. BOX destinations, U.S. Territories and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii.

Estimated Shipping Times:

- Free USPS Shipping on ALL orders  (3-5 business days) 
(Estimated delivery time for AK, HI and Puerto Rico is 14-20 days.)

- Upgraded USPS Priority Mail can be added to your order.  All Priority USPS orders ship same day and should take 2-3 days to get to your destination. Please track using the provided tracking number sent via email.

- FedEx/UPS 2day - No Saturday Delivery
(Estimated delivery time for 2day and overnight shipping to AK & HI is 3 business days. We do not offer 2-day or overnight shipping to Puerto Rico.)

- FedEx/UPS Overnight - (1 day) No Saturday Delivery



We accept returns for up to 30 days after purchase.  If you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please email us to request a return.


How do I return?

  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with a return shipping label to send back to us.

What items are returnable? 

  • Within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • In unused and resellable condition
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items (if applicable)

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
